Riva Hotel Taksim

Riva Hotel, Taksim district, offers an outstanding service, pristine cleanliness, and unbeatable location. From the moment of arrival, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality from the hotel staff, especially Mr Melih who made me feel truly valued throughout my stay and the hotels general manager Mrs Coskun. The commitment to cleanliness was evident in every corner of the hotel, providing a sense of reassurance and comfort. Located just steps away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, the hotel's prime location offers easy access to Istanbul's landmarks and vibrant attractions. very easy public transport. my room also had an amazing Sea view and I was very happy with the side of the balcony.

The first thing to say is that Mr. Mert was very friendly and helpful when we first arrived at the hotel. We requested for a room with balcony in the higher levels, and he facilitated it for us. I think we got one of the best rooms in the hotel with an amazing view to Bosphorus as well as to the other side of the city. Other staff were also helpful and friendly and brought our luggages to our room. When we were leaving, they helped us bring our heavy luggages downstairs. Every time we called the reception, we were provided with free water. The room was cleaned daily. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, and during our 11-nights stay, there was always something new to try. It starts from 7 to 10am, and any time you go for breakfast, all the food is refilled and you won't miss anything. Even though the hotel is quite close to the Taksim square, the room was very quiet and you can easily sleep at night. The location is awesome, and you can simply walk for 2 minutes to reach Taksim square, where you can take all sorts of public transport like Bus and Metro. One great thing is that we could turn on the air conditioner any time we wanted. There are so many restaurants and supermarkets nearby and you can always get what you need easily. They also can arrange airport transfer if you request. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Riva Hotel, and we definitely recommend it to travellers if they want a great and memorable stay at Istanbul.

Hotel located in very good location, cleanliness is good, staff ver friendly and i express my sincere thanks to all hotel staff and for such a warm welcome when we arrived and for good hospitality and service provided during my stay in the hotel especially to Burak.

Hotel location is excellent with very short walk you are in Taksim square and access to bus and metro stations. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all needs. Special thanks to Mr. Mert Sahin, Mr. Burak, and Mr. Sercan
